This cutting machine features a full AC servo control system, energy storage brake, and spiral blade structure. It utilizes an oil-immersed gear system and includes a 10.4-inch touch screen display for easy operation and monitoring.
The machine can store up to 200 production orders, enabling quick and precise tool specification changes. Orders can be switched seamlessly without interrupting operation, and network computer integration facilitates production management.
The cutter shaft transmission gear is crafted from precision forged steel with induction hardening, ensuring backlash-free transmission through advanced keyless connection for high accuracy and reliable performance.
The cutting mechanism adopts a spiral structure combining front steel blade with serrated knife, providing strong cutting force and extended blade life for efficient handling of scissors and large scissors.
The feeding roller uses a sun gear pressure plate method to guarantee smooth material transportation and consistent pressure, minimizing the risk of crushing or jamming sheets during feeding.
Energy Efficiency
