Cast tungsten flexible welding rope is made by cast WC and self-fluxing nickel alloy powder coated on the nickel wire.The cast WC has irregular shape,high hardness about 2200HV0.1 and excellent wear resistance.The self-fluxing nickel alloy powder is a spherical or nearly spherical shape,It's has a high wet ability after combined with cast tungsten carbide.
