Introduction :
BD-WR2126 is a flexible cord consisting of spherical grains of cast tungsten carbide, crushed cast tungsten carbide grains (if approved), and Nickel-Chromium-Boron-Silicon alloy, held around a core of pure, small diameter nickel wire. It is used for hardfacing on blade tops, faces and backs of steel body PDC bits by means of oxyacetylene torch, and it must readily wet the base metal to achieve good adhesion. The final deposit must have minimal porosity and be free of cracks.
The welding rope has a low melting range between 950 - 1050°C (1.742-1.922°F)
It’s wets easily and flows extremely well,producing a smooth, clean welded surface.
The welding layer has an extremely effective protection against erosive and abrasive attack. It is highly recommended using in petroleum, mining,drilling and agricultural equipment as well as chemical and food processing industries.
