Cemented Carbide Composite Rod

Introduction:

YD type carbide rod (referred YD type electrode), is composed of granular cemented carbide alloy casing with a flexible blend.Coated with a layer of special flux and coloring to identify the size of the particle level. Sintered carbide particles primarily tungsten carbide cobalt.
Composition: NCu, tungsten carbide grits
Hardness:HRA90-HRA 92
TRS: >690MPa

Applications:

Tungsten carbide composite rod is applied to perform one or both of two functions: one, to increase the speed of downhole milling and cutting; and two, to protect the surface of tools subject to abrasive wear, maintaining full guage on stabilizers, guides keyseat wipers, and other downhole tools.

YD carbide rod is mainly used for welding petroleum, mining, coal mining, geology, construction and other industries in some serious wear and tear or a combination of cutting parts. Such as: milling shoes, wear shoes, centralizers, reamer, drill pipe fittings, hydraulic cutter, scraper blades, plow iron, core drill bits, hammers drill, screw drill and so on.
