Typical Properties :
WC-10Co-4Cr, 5-30um Thermal spray powder, is most commonly used by High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) spray
and is one of the most popular HVOF powder.
This powder is a tungsten carbide based, made from medium WC, It is able to form a Thermal spray coating with excellent abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.
The manufacturing process is Agglomerated and Sintered which leads to a more intensive coating and high bonding strength of at least 70Mpa.
Its maximum operating temperature is 500 °C (930 °F).
This kind of thermal spray material is mainly applied on valve parts, petroleum pipeline repair, steel rolls, corrugator rolls and could help to extend the service life of workpieces.
This HVOF tungsten carbide powder always maintains great performance in high pressure and salty environment.
