Standard Ceramic Fiber Board 1260°C High Temperature Insulation Board

Standard Ceramic Fiber Board is a rigid high-temperature insulation material manufactured from aluminosilicate ceramic fibers using a vacuum forming process. Compared with ceramic fiber blanket, the board has a more rigid structure, smooth surface, and good dimensional stability, making it suitable for applications where both thermal insulation and mechanical support are required.

The standard grade has a 1260°C classification temperature and is designed for high-temperature insulation in industrial furnaces, kilns, heating equipment, and thermal processing systems. Its low thermal conductivity and low heat storage help reduce heat transfer and improve thermal insulation efficiency.
