1. Equipped with safety protection, in line with the requirements of enterprise safety management.
2. Intelligent temperature controller is adopted to ensure accurate temperature control, beautiful and smooth sealing.
3. PLC system, pneumatic control system and super large display touch screen constitute the driving control core, which maximizes the control accuracy, reliability and intelligence of the whole machine.
4. The machine and metering configuration can automatically complete the metering, feeding, bag filling, date printing, gas (exhaust), finished product delivery of all the packaging process, and automatically complete the counting.
5. The touch screen can store a variety of packaging process parameters of different products, which can be used at any time when changing products without resetting.
6. There is a fault display system to help troubleshoot the fault in time.
7. It can be made into pillow bags and punch hole bags according to customers' needs.
8. The packaging material loss is low. The machine USES prefabricated packaging bags with perfect packaging pattern and good sealing quality, thus improving the product grade.
