- The weighing machine adopts double horizontal screw feeding, which is composed of one big screw and one small screw. The large screw is directly driven by the motor to ensure the measurement speed, while the small screw depends on the diameter and spacing of the screw to better control the measurement accuracy. When working, the horizontal screw rotates the feed according to the control signal; The weight sensor and the weight controller process the weight signal and output the weight data display and control signal.

Installation
The initial installation is NOT included with the professional ROTY team member. All installation with the ROTY team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
While ROTY team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours..
6.2 After Service
ROTY provide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under warranty period.
