Main performance features:
1. Frequency conversion and speed regulation of roller track: frequency conversion and positive and reverse rotation;
2.Equipped with 12 Q034 high efficiency shot blasting devices, large shot blasting quantity, high efficiency;
3. The dust removal system is equipped with a new type of high efficiency LT-15 filter drum dust collector, which has high dust removal efficiency and convenient installation and maintenance.
4. The shot peening chamber adopts section steel, plate riveting welding structure, reasonable structure, high strength and good rigidity, the thickness of main steel plate is 12mm thick, the thickness of auxiliary chamber steel plate is 6mm, and the whole machine is full welding.
5.The chamber body is equipped with wear-resistant protective plate, wear-resistant, impact resistance, long service life;
6. Use labyrinth seal to prevent projectile from flying out;
7.The equipment is manually controlled and equipped with step-down start-up.
8. The equipment is equipped with safety protection device to ensure safe and effective work.
