Gantry gate welding machine can weld two work pieces at one time.

It has simple and reliable structure and smart layout. The main transmission function is realized by imported AC frequency converter to control both sides' synchronous speed-adjusting drive, with stable speed and digital display of linear speed, which is reliable.

Three axis mechanically track guide-arc devices, while the up and down is pneumatic tracking, the left and right floats tracking, thus to ensure welding gun to centralize the welding seam accurately.

The sub-merge arc welding power setup device is on the gantry gate, and moves along. In this way, the control cable and welding cable are short, and response fast, with small pressure drop and stable welding currency.

Welding control and gate frame control are integrated and easy to operate. The cable in welding arm is in the form of imported drag chain, neat and safe.
