150T TIG/MIG/MAG/SAW Pipe Tube Welding Table Positioner with Welding Chuck

Welding positioner can lift, turn and rotate the work piece to make the metal work-piece in the best welding position. We produce tilt type, elevator type, double column rotary type and others.

The welding positioner we produced can be matched with welding manipulator to become welding centre, and can also be matched with robotic machine to realize automatic welding operation.

Welding positioner is generally made of rotary table, flip mechanism and electric control system, through flipping and rotation of the worktable to made the workpiece fixed to it reaching the desired angle for welding and assembly.

Worktable rotary speed is frequency variable speed control type, and can obtain the optimum welding speed.

Because of eccentricity and center of gravity distance, for workpiece that is longer and more position offset, it is needed to select slightly larger models.

Standard welding positioner can not meet all kinds specifications of workpiece, so when you choose the product, it is required to provide the workpiece shape and weight, as well as processing techniques, we will provide the appropriate solution for reference.

The HB series machine is fixed type. The working table has self-lock function.
