Driving roller HGK-30T Self- adjustable welding turning- roll base component is fitted with two angularly rotatable roller devices, which can rotate certain angle around the spindle.

So it can make automatic adjustment according to the specifications of the work pieces to ensure stability and continuity of the work piece rotation.

Driven roller components is installed with a set of driving device, which is composed of driving motor, cycloid reducer and gear reducer, etc.

Driving motor is driven by domestic AC moto to adjust the wheel rotational speed and optimize speed ratio through drive reduction 2 in order to rotate the driving roller. When the work piece rotates, it can balance on both sides of the distribution of friction.

HGK-30 Adjustable welding rotator has increased the smooth and drive capability during the work piece rotation, and effectively protect the quality of the work piece machining.

Reducer lubrication adopts oil-immersed fully enclosed, which can eliminate welding spatter, slag, dust and foreign invasion in order to gain the characteristics of maintenance-free and long life.
