40mm Q345 Carbonst Steel Thickness Flange Straightening Machine H Beam

The machine is used for straightening the deformation of steel H beam web and flange. Mechanical and hydraulic types are optional for customers.
The mechanical type HYJ-60B and HYJ-80 has simple structure, and is simple and stable for operation. The hydraulic type YTJ-60B and YTJ-80 has big straightening ability, wide range, high automation standard, and is the national initiate. The straightening wheel and active roller are made from good quality alloy steel, which has been heat treated well, thus ensure long working life.
The main transmission system is with 22kw big motor and cycloidal pin wheel reducer. It is high efficient and works fast.
All the parts in it has been straightening treated.
There is near control operation box on the main engine, so it is easy to operate.

H-beam Flange Straightening machine
This machine is special equipment for leveling the H-beam flange whose figure was deformed when it being welding. It has the advantages of easy operating, high efficiency, reliable working etc.
We have two models, one model is suitable for flange width 150~600mm, thickness of flange ≤ 20mm, minimun height of web is 160mm. The other model is suitable for flange width 200~800mm, thickness of flange ≤ 40mm, minimum height of web is 350mm.
