HB-20 Pipe Welding Positioner Turntable Rotary Positioner
The worktable welding positioner can rotate in any direction in its own plane. With the control button on the electric box, it can realize the functions of positive turn, reverse turn, positive turn and stop.
The transmission process of the rotary mechanism is as follows:
the rotary motor → the double stage reducer → the pinion → the rotary support and the table rotation, because of the use of worm gear reducer, has the function of self-locking; that is, when the table is tilted, the worktable will not rotate automatically when the load eccentricity is not greater than the specified range. the load eccentricity is limited by the load size.
