Horizontal Line Main Features

1.Only need to spot welding at two terminals of the work-piece (without the full-length spot welding of whole work-piece), then it can enter the next step-- weld. The assembly welding machine will weld the three "loose plates" after positioning, greatly increase the efficiency.

2.With the horizontal placement of work-piece (web horizontal, flange vertical) and the welding mode of work-piece moving, two seams can be welded simultaneously to reduce the distortion of work-piece caused by welding heat.

3. Equipting AOTAI welding(Lincoln is avaiable) power source to achieve single-arc double-wire welding, using 1.6mm welding wire, welding speed can be up to 1.2 m / min, good weld formation, beautiful appearance

4. Due to the automation degree of the production line is much higher than that of the traditional production line, it can reduce the labor intensity of workers and reduce the number of operators. The production line only needs 4-5 operators to produce normally.
