This machine has powerful functions. The paper cup bottom and top forming drive mechanism adopts crankshaft and servo motor control to replace the traditional cam drive, without oil lubricant, which solves the influence of cam and bearing wear when the machine runs at high speed. The paper cup bottom sealing process is also very powerful. This paper cup machine has changed the back sealing process. First, Leister hot air preheats the cup body, and then the second Leister hot air heats the bottom for the next knurling process. When the machine is running at high speed, make the bottom seal of the paper cup more firm. The new design makes the bottom knurling effect better.
