AiNA 32 is a fully automatic nucleic acid extraction instrument launched by Aikang based on the needs of clinical large scale genetic analysis. This machine uses magnetic bead separation technology, according to the selection of the appropriate steps to separate and purify nucleic acids in samples.The entire instrument has stable performance and low noise, and the operation is automated, fast and simple. It can simultaneously purify 32 samples. A powerful "assistant" in clinical genetic testing and molecular biology laboratory research.

Principle:

After the sample is lysed by the lysis solution,the lysed nucleic acid will specifically adsorbed by the magnetic beads. Through the cooperation of the washing solutionⅠ,washing solutionⅡ,elution buffer and magnetic rod,various impurities that are not specifically bound to the magnetic beads are removed,and the magnetic beads adsorbing the nucleic acid are separated from the lysis solution. Finally, removing the magnetic beads,the nucleic acid molecules are dissolved in the elution buffer.
