Introduction
Adopting magnetic bead separation technology,AK-N15B can automatically complete the whole procedures including lysis,adsorption,cleaning, washing and recycling etc.The automatic operation ensures the stability of experimental results and avoids the errors caused by manual operation.It can extract and purify 96 samples at the same time.A wonderful Lab analyzer for clinical genetic testing.
Principle:
After the sample is lysed by the lysis solution,the lysed nucleic acid will specifically adsorbed by the magnetic beads. Through the cooperation of the washing solutionⅠ,washing solutionⅡ,elution buffer and magnetic rod,various impurities that are not specifically bound to the magnetic beads are removed,and the magnetic beads adsorbing the nucleic acid are separated from the lysis solution. Finally, removing the magnetic beads,the nucleic acid molecules are dissolved in the elution buffer.
