Non-woven dust filter needled felt

is used non-woven needle punched process to make fiber staggered, space distribution uniform fine fiber cloth. the regular fiber: PE, PP, Acrylic, Nomex, PPS, Fiberglass, P84,PTFE. With the heat setting, singeing, water & oil dipping, or PTFE membrane on the surface finish treatment, it makes the needle felt surface smooth, and not easy to be blocked by dust. 
The fiber in Filtration needle felt has the three-dimensional structure. This structure is conducive to form the dust layer, dust collection effect stable. 

Its efficiency is higher than general woven filter material.The application of the felt is very extensive like cement, waste incineration, power plant, coal burning boiler, foundry, metallurgical industry, asphalt, pharmacy, food industry, with strong resistance to chemical stability. It can filter normal temperature or high temperature gas, and the gas with acid and alkali corrosive.
