P84 high temperature resistance P84 PTFE filter bags 260 degree sleeves dust filter bags 
Riqi produces p84 high-temperature needle-resistant filter felt which  polyimide fiber produced by Austria LENZING Company. The filter material has the following three characteristics:

1. significant temperature resistance; operating temperature 260ºC, but with safe space to cope with downtime and accidents.
2. good chemical resistance; the filtration value of p84 filter bag on acid waste dust has been confirmed in the past ten years of garbage incineration.
3. Low back washing pressure and high efficiency of breaking away dust cake, The p84 characteristics are significant because of the fineness of the fiber itself, and the irregular fiber cross section increases the fiber surface area to the maximum and provides a lot of tiny pores to make the surface filtration effect better than the depth filtration.The dust only stays on the surface of the filter felt and does not penetrate into the filter felt. Therefore, the reverse washing pressure is small and the efficiency of cake stripping can be improved significantly. It has excellent fine powder collection efficiency and small working pressure difference.
