High-end engineering plastic TORLON PAI rod
Our PAI material has a rather steady heterocyclic structure inside, which has the excellent performances of intrinsic high and low temperature resistance that other macromolecule materials can’t compare with, and has excellent mechanical strength and dimensional stability resistance. Especially: high temperature resistance,high strength, high insulation,anti-radiation,chemical corrosion-resistance,self-lubrication and extremely low thermal expansion.

PAI rod material Features
1. Max allowable working temperature in air reach 250℃ continuously
2. Extremely low coefficient of linear thermal expansion up to 250℃
3. Excellent retention of mechanical strength, stiffness and creepage resistance over a wide range of temperatures
4. Excellent wear and frictional behavior
5. Exceptional resistance against high energy radiation (Y radial and X radial)
6. Inherent low flammability
