UHMWPE refers to linear polyethylene with an average molecular weight of more than 1.5 million.

Because of its extremely high molecular weight(only 200,000~300,000 for ordinary polyethylene) compared with ordinary polyethylene and other engineering plastics,it has incomparable comprehensive performance.

High wear resistance,4 times higher than nylon 66 and PTFE,6 times higher than carbon steel,is the best synthetic resin at present.

The impact strength is high,twice as high as that of polycarbonate and 5 times as high as that of ABS,and it can maintain high toughness at liquid nitrogen temperature(-196℃) .

Self-lubrication is good,and its self-lubrication is equivalent to that of PTFE.The friction coefficient is only 0.07~0.11,only 1/3-1/4 of the friction coefficient of steel.

The shock energy absorption value is the highest in all plastics,and the muffling effect is very good.

It has high chemical stability and can resist the action of various corrosive media and organic media in a certain range of temeperature and concentration.

The anti-adhesive ability is very strong,second only to"Plastic King"PTFE.

Completely hygienin and non-toxic,which can be used to contact food and drugs.

Density is the smallest of all engineering plastics,56% lighter than PTFE,22% lighter than polycarbonate,1/8 of steel,etc.
