4. Q: Do you have your own certificate?

A:We have our own certificate of ROHS,and Contents test report,other certificate,inlcuding raw material and final products. If it is neccessory,we would like to apply for the certificates under your company's name,when you place the volume orders.

5. Q: What about your delivery time?

A:for the standard specifications,usually delivery time=12-15 days, but for customized specifications,it will be extended 5-10 days.

6.Q: Do you accept the deal or negociation on line?

A:We would like to accept any types deal or negotiation on line. we are good at ZOOM, Microsoft net meeting, and on line chatting tools.

7. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A:Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the quality controlling from the very beginningto the very end: 1) All raw material we used are environmental-friendly. 2) Skilful workers care every detail in handling the producing and packing processes. 3) Quality Control Department especially responsible for quality checking in each process.

8. Q: How can I get the samples?

A: We feel honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the sample and courier cost,and sample charge will be refund when you place the bulk orders.

9. Q: What about your payment?

A: TT/LC can be accepted. for our regular customers,we would like to supply credit payment. For the volume order,LC is first option. FCA,EXW,FOB,CIF can be accepted.

For sheet/board/plate/rod/tube, the products will be sent for 1 day. And we support OEM and ODM.
