The crystallinity of homopolyoxymethylene is 75%-85%, and that of copolyoxymethylene is 70%-75%. Even if quenched quickly, the crystallinity can reach more than 65%. Completely amorphous polyoxymethylene can only be obtained at -℃.
2. Weather resistance: The weather resistance of polyoxymethylene copolymer is better than that of homopolyoxymethylene. For example, the polyoxymethylene copolymer with UV stabilizer has better weather resistance and is suitable for outdoor use. Excellent thermal aging resistance.
3. Resistant chemical substances: Copolyformaldehyde has good chemical resistance and can resist various chemicals such as organic oils and synthetic detergents.
4. Irresistible chemical substances: strong acids and strong oxidants. Concentrated nitric acid can quickly corrode POM. Perfluoroacetone can form extremely dilute solutions.|
