The self - drilling anchor has six major components, hollow anchor bar, drill bit, coupler, plate, nut and centralizer.

Bar acts as an air or water channel for slag removal during drilling and as a grouting channel immediately after drilling is completed.

Anchor bit is made of wear-resistant metal and has a slurry outlet hole.
Coupler is used to link the anchor rod for additional length, while the nut and plate are used to add the necessary traction.
Centralizer ensures that the anchor body is always in the center of the drilled hole during the construction of the self-drilling anchor.
