Zemotech delivers professional-grade butt welding machines for HDPE pipes from 20mm to 3000mm OD. While butt welding is technically feasible for all diameters, pipes below 63mm present alignment challenges best addressed with electrofusion. For larger diameters, our manual machines provide exceptional weld quality. Large-diameter pressure and non-pressure pipes to 3000mm are regularly welded with our comprehensive equipment range.
