Semi-Automatic Butt Fusion Welding Machine Description
This 220V hydraulic butt fusion welding machine handles HDPE pipes from 90mm to 315mm, joining PE, PP and PVDF materials with ease in any complex work environment. The integrated system comprises a basic frame, hydraulic unit, electric planing tool, PTFE-coated heating plate, and dedicated support brackets. When equipped with the optional data logger, the welding process operates semi-automatically — continuously repeating welding cycles with automatic preset parameter control. The data logger stores up to 1000 welding cycles and exports encrypted EXCEL reports via USB.
