Basic Frame: German-origin oil seal kit ensures stable pressure performance. Four quick couplings (STUCCHI, Italy) prevent hydraulic oil leakage during connection/disconnection. Integral shaft with chromate treatment replaces assembled shafts — guaranteeing chassis strength and preventing frame twist when dragging pipes at extreme parameters.
Heating Plate: Dupont (USA) coating — the industry benchmark. Multiple stickers on aluminum plate, highly non-stick to plastic pipe surfaces. Temperature deviation across the plate is 2-3°C (small machines) and 5-6°C (large machines).
Hydraulic Power Station: Solid relays with higher load capacity and extended service life. Circuit breaker with leakage protection switch — dual-element protection (including earth wires) activates when electricity leaks. Non-fan motor (small machines) — waterproof, sand-proof, dust-proof at a higher protection level. Motor delivers sufficient power for hydraulic support.
