SMD-NS2000S is a new model plastic welder with LED display show temperature and the temperature adjustment is very accurate,it is more precison for various welding applications. it has auto-cooling function (Power delay off fuction) and designed with air inlets in 3 directions.after finish job,you don't need to adjust the potentionmeter to "o" position. You can turn off the power switch directly,now the welder stops heating but the air blower still blow for 3.5 miuntes to cool down the welder and then power off automatically.

Hot Air Welder Maintenance
1. Clean dirty air filter network or changed the filter screen with little brushes
2. brushes and cleans and weld the spray nozzle with the steel.
3. When the carbon brush is consumed to the minimum length, electrical machinery switches will be closed automatically. This machines must be checked by your service centre. The service life of the carbon brush welded on the electrical machinery of the tool is 1600 job hours probably.
