High-Capacity PET Monofilament Production System
System Overview
Complete industrial PET monofilament manufacturing line capable of producing 100kg per hour of plastic steel wire in diameters ranging from 1-4mm. This integrated system includes extrusion, cooling, stretching, heat treatment, and winding components for continuous production.

- 90mm screw diameter with 30:1 L:D ratio
- Special 38CrMoALA screw design for PET bottle flakes and granules
