High-performance bi-components monofilament making machine designed for manufacturing nylon brush yarn with diameters ranging from 0.1-0.3mm and production capacity of 50kg/h.

- Dual screw extruder: Screw A (50mm diameter) and Screw B (40mm diameter)
- Rotation speed range: 0-60rpm for both screws
- L:D ratio: 30:1 with 38CrMoALA screw material
- Special screw design optimized for PA/PBT/PET/TPU/TPE chips
- RKC pressure automatic feedback system for automatic speed adjustment
- Cast aluminum heating rings with stainless steel insulation
