Complete industrial extrusion line designed for producing 0.13mm TPU monofilament used in socks and shoe manufacturing applications. This fully integrated system ensures consistent quality and high production efficiency.

Extruder Unit
- 70mm screw diameter with 30:1 L:D ratio

- 38CrMoALA screw material construction
- Pressure automatic feedback system
- Cast aluminum barrel heaters with stainless steel insulation
- Metering pump with 0-45 rotation speed control
Cooling & Stretching System
- Stainless steel 304 cooling water tank
- Four sets of seven-roller stretching units with hard chrome plating
- 4000mm overflow type hot water tank with 45KW heating
- Single layer hot blast stretching oven (4000mm length)
- Two single layer hot blast annealing ovens (22.5KW each)
Winding & Control Systems
- 180-spindle winder with frequency control
- Maximum design speed: 0-180 m/min
