Complete production system for manufacturing high-quality PET plastic mesh screen filaments with precision diameter control and efficient throughput.
System Components
- Extruder Unit: 80mm screw diameter, 30:1 L:D ratio, 38CrMoALA screw material, 30cc metering pump (0-45 rotation), pressure feedback system, round spinneret
- Cooling System: SS 304 water tank with 18KW heating capacity
- Stretching Units: Four seven-roller systems with stainless steel construction and precision gear transmission
- Heat Treatment: Overflow hot water tank (4000mm, 45KW) and dual hot blast ovens (4000mm & 5000mm)
- Winding System: 300-spindle winder with frequency control, maximum speed 200m/min
- Auxiliary Systems: Lubrication system, waste yarn collectors
