PET Monofilament Production System
Complete industrial monofilament manufacturing line designed for producing high-quality PET monofilament yarn used in heat-resistant spiral press filter conveyor belts and other industrial applications.
System Components
- Extruder Unit: 90mm screw diameter with 30:1 L:D ratio, 38CrMoALA alloy screw with special treatment, pressure automatic feedback system, 30cc melt pump, and round spinneret
- Quenching Tank: SS 304 construction with 18KW heating power
- Four-Stage Stretching System: Seven-roller units with variable diameter rollers, precision ground gears, and TIMKEN-TWB bearings
- Heating Systems: Hot water tank (4000mm, 45KW) and double-layer hot blast ovens (4000mm & 5000mm)
- Winding System: 300-spindle winder with 2.2KW frequency-controlled motor
- Auxiliary Equipment: Lubrication system, waste yarn collectors, and water circulating pumps
