1. Can you provide free samples?
Yes, we could provide the free samples color cards for fabric (or specific A4 size cutting fabric) by express, but the freight cost will be paid by customer. If a finished product sample (like bags and backpacks) is needed, respective sample fees will be charged according to our company sample management procedure. The sample fee will be returned after the order prepayment.
2: Can you accept order quantity less MOQ?
For stock products, we don't have MOQ; for customization if you need less MOQ,
we can do it but should be surcharged for small lot. About USD 150-200 per colour.
3. I'm a designer,so can you produce the items by my design?
All items are welcome to be customized.So it's not a problem for us to product items by your design.
4. May I visit your factory?
Sure,welcome any time.We can also pick you up at airport and station.
5. Can you accept OEM & ODM order ?
