If a finished product sample (like bags and backpacks) is needed, respective sample fees will be charged according to our company sample management procedure. The sample fee will be returned after the order prepayment.

Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items. Or we can do it based on your specific design. And sample fee is unavoidable (The specific cost needs to be calculated according to the design requirements) , but it is refundable when you order quantity.
