Fish peptone is obtained by hydrolysis of fresh fish meal/fish paste with non-gmo/natural enzymes and resulted in rich amino acids profile and high diversified concentrate of peptides.

1. It is good for the growth of a wide variety of microorganisms, for example, Lactobacillus, Escherichia, yeast etc in industrial fermentation.
2. Industrial fish peptone was an wonderful substrate for biomass production in solid and submerged fermentation.
3. It received 2-3 times higher maximal growth rate of several microorganisms than beef(bacto) peptones.
4. The final biomass concentration were almost 2 times than beef peptones.
