Plant peptone V20 is an enzymatically hydrolyzed corn protein with comparable growth promoting properties. It is an excellent source of vitamins and high-quality nitrogen and is widely used as a medium for cultivation and other purposes.
White to pale yellow powder, easily soluble in water, easy to absorb moisture, high adhesive performance.
It is rich in nutrients needed for bacterial metabolism. Sources of organic nitrogen in culture media for industrial fermentation, e.g. for the production of antibiotic drugs, etc.
