Soy Peptone S20 is an enzymatically hydrolyzed GMO-free soy protein with properties that promote microbial development. It is an excellent source of nutrients and excellent nitrogen and is widely used in culture media for development and different purposes.
Whitish to yellowish powder, easy water soluble, easy absorb moisture and become sticky as a result.
