Introduction of grade 304
304 stainless steel is an universal stainless steel material, has better anti-rust performance than the 200 series stainless steel material . and has high temperature resistance , temperature reaches 1000-1200 degree. 304 stainless steel has excellent stainless steel corrosion resistance and good resistance to intergranular. In the experiments: 304 has very strong corrosion resistance in boiling nitrate solvent which contains less than 65% concentration. Also has good corrosion resistance to alkali solution and most organic and inorganic acid.
304 grade is a widely used steel ,has good corrosion resistance, good heat resistance, low temperature strength and other mechanical properties; pressing, bending and other thermal processing, without heat treatment Hardening (non magnetic, with super temperature -196 to 800 degree).
