Flat steel process:

1. The principle of stacking is to stack according to varieties and specifications under the condition of stable stacking and ensuring safety. Materials of different varieties should be stacked separately to prevent confusion and mutual corrosion.

2. It is forbidden to store items corrosive to hot rolled square steel near the stack;

3. The bottom of the stack should be high, firm and smooth to prevent hot rolled square steel from damp or deformation;

4. Stacking the same materials according to the sequence of storage, so as to facilitate the implementation of the principle of first delivery;

5. The hot rolled square steel stacked in the open air must have wooden pads or stone below, and the stack surface is slightly inclined to facilitate drainage, and pay attention to the flat placement of materials to prevent bending deformation;

6, stacking height, manual operation shall not exceed 1.2m, mechanical operation shall not exceed 1.5m, stacking width shall not exceed 2.5m.
