1. Negotiation: The quality, price, material, deliver time, payment item and so on.
2. Mould Design:3-5days for mould and product 3D/2D drawing design.
3. Mould: According to customers' request to build the mould before make the mould. We send mould design to customer approval first.
4. Mould Testing: When moulds are finished, we test the moulds to check it satisfied consumers' needs. And we will send samples for consumers' reference.
5.Sampleshoot:If the first sample come out is not satisfied customer. We modify the mould and until meet customers' satisfaction.
6. Delivery: Delivery goods by sea or by air, according customers requirement.

A1: We are mainly making plastic mold injection.

Q2: What types of files do you accept ( drawings)?
A2: With our CAD systems we can accept following files: STP, IGS, DXF, DWG, X_T, UG files, etc.

Q3: What kind of steel do you use for plastic mouldings?
A3: We can use any type of steel appointed by customer or popular in the market. Such as P20, 718H, NAK80, S136, 8407

Q4: What kind of plastic materials you usually use?
A4: We are specialized in producing plastic products with the following materials:
PP, ABS, PC, POM, PA, HDPE, PS, AS, PBT, PET, PMMA and so on.
