Q2. What shall we do if we do not have drawings?

A2. Please send your sample to our factory,then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length,Hight,Width),CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.

Q3. Can we get some samples before mass production?

A3:Absolutely

Q4. Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?

A4:Yes, we will keep them well and not release to third party without your permission.

Q5: How to pack the moulds and products?

A5: For moulds, we will coat one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then cover thin films on the mould, finally pack it into free-fumigation wooden case.And for products, we will pack them with standard export cartons or pack as per customer’s request.
