Q: What should we do if we receive a defective product?
A: If you receive a defective product, please send us the photos, and we will feed back to our engineers and QC department as soon as possible and solve the problem.
Q: How to pack molds and products?
A: 1) For the mold, we will first apply a layer of anti-rust oil, then cover the mold with a layer of film, and finally put it into the fumigation wooden box.
2) For products, we pack them into standard export cartons or according to customer requirements
Q: Can I know the operating status of my product without going to your company?
A: Of course there is no problem. We will provide a detailed production plan and send a weekly report with digital pictures and videos to show the processing progress.
