Two Chamber Induction Copper Melting Holding Furnace ,  Industrial Induction Furnace for Gravity Casting

1. General description

The gravity copper casting furnace adopts the two melting pool design and the two induction body structure.

The advantages of this structure are to balance the temperature of the melting pool and all parts of the furnace to

achieve the energy-saving. This induction melting and holding furnace is a continuous type, and

has one melting chamber and one holding chamber separately.

2. Equipment features

2.1 The electrical part adopts the brand CHINT Electric. Three-phase balance device is adopted for

electrical cabinet. The transformer and reactor adopt dry self-cooling to avoid accidents caused by scaling

in areas with hard water quality.

2.2 The silicon steel sheet is imported from Japan with a thickness of 0.35mm. Effectively improve the

electric heating efficiency.

2.3 The electric copper induction melting furnace shell shall be treated with stress removal to ensure that

the shell will not deform after being heated.

2.4 The induction melting furnace adopts new technology to effectively reduce energy consumption and improve ingot quality.
