1. Application
The gas fired aluminum scrap melting furnace is mainly used for aluminum melting for the
pressure casting, gravity casting and the liquid die forging.
2. Composition
The metal melting furnace consists of furnace body, electrical control box and combustion system, furnace
insulation structure and refractory layer. The shell of the furnace body is welded by section steel and steel
plate, and it is composed of various light refractory materials and some castables. The secondary utilization
design of chimney is adopted to save the energy consumption. The furnace body is equipped with a thermocouple,
which is connected with the temperature controller through the compensation wire to measure the furnace temperature.
2.1 Steel structure: furnace shell is made of steel plate and section steel.
2.2 Composition of furnace lining: the molten pool is cast in one time as a whole, which is characterized by high
strength, long service life, etc. (Compressive strength: 140 Mpa above 110 ℃; linear change rate is only 0.1%).
The thermal insulation layer shall be made of first-class aluminum silicate fiber board and light bricks.
2.3 Combustion system: The burning system components are mainly of Honeywell brand. The flame can be
adjusted at will between 10% and 100%. It is easy to operate and maintain, and has a long service life. At
the same time, it has temperature control, automatic ignition, and flame monitoring. When the set
temperature is reached, the burner stops burning. When the temperature in the aluminum scrap
melting furnace is lower than the lower limit of the set temperature, the burner
enters the burning state for automatic combustion.
4.Technical Parameters

according to the user's requirements.
