1. Technical Requirements

2.Operation principle of Aluminum alloy dosing & holding furnace
WDL pneumatic dosing furnace is designed to take metal below the surface of the metal liquid
in the bath, which can avoid completely the oxidization slug and tremendously imp rove the
quality of the alloy liquid.WDL pneumatic dosing furnace is designed to feed directly and
automatically to the diecasting machine or gravity mold free of any contamination.In order
to feed the alloy liquid, overpressure is formed inside the furnace chamber .The level of alloy
liquid inside the rising tube is raised first until the alloy liquid is about to overflow. When the
diecasting machine request the alloy liquid, the pressure inside the furnace chamber will be
increased further in order for the alloy liquid to flow out. The pressure will be decreased to end
the dosing once preset amount being reached.After dosing completed, the liquid level is raised
back to the feeding level for the next dosing.
