1. Pneumatic metering furnace

WDL Pneumatic Holding Furnace is the holding and dosing system for the clear

and closed liquid aluminum,and is applied to aluminum.WDL Pneumatic Holding

Furnace, ranging from 500KG to 4100KG, is applied to all kinds of different types

of diecasting machine and the dosing, ranging from 0.5KG to 100KG, can meet

almost all types of casting parts. The furnace adopts the most advanced control

system of Siemens and is able to improve product quantity and quality due to the

outstanding features of safe reliability, easy installation, simple operation and

efficient dosing speed.

4. Operation principle of Aluminum alloy dosing & holding furnace

HPD pneumatic dosing furnace is designed to take metal below the surface of the metal liquid

in the bath, which can avoid completely the oxidization slug and tremendously imp rove the

quality of the alloy liquid. HPD pneumatic dosing furnace is designed to feed directly and

automatically to the diecasting machine or gravity mold free of any contamination.In order

to feed the alloy liquid, overpressure is formed inside the furnace chamber .The level of

alloy liquid inside the rising tube is raised first until the alloy liquid is about to overflow.

When the diecasting machine request the alloy liquid, the pressure inside the furnace

chamber will be increased further in order for the alloy liquid to flow out. The pressure

will be decreased to end the dosing once preset amount being reached.After dosing

completed, the liquid level is raised back to the feeding level for the next dosing.
