1.Application
An Electrical Resistance Forging Heating Furnace for steel plates is a specialized industrial furnace that
uses electrical resistance heating to rapidly and uniformly heat steel plates to the required forging temperature
(typically around 950°C–1050°C). This process prepares the steel for subsequent forging operations by
improving its plasticity and reducing forming resistance.

3.Structural Introduction
RT3-380-10 trolley type heat treatment furnace is mainly composed of furnace shell , furnace lining ,
furnace door and furnace door lifting mechanism, furnace door pressing and sealing mechanism;
load - bearing trolley and trolley traction mechanism, furnace body and trolley sealing mechanism;
heating elements and fixing devices; furnace temperature automatic control system ; circulating
fan system , etc. For heating steel plates, each steel plate should be separately placed. They
can’t be stacked one by one directly.
