1.Introduction

1.1 The crucible type copper melting furnace made by the company is

mainly used for pressure casting, gravity casting, and melting and

holding before liquid die forging.

1.2 The combustion system adopts the pipe burning system which

has the advantages of automatic ignition, automatic temperature control

and complete combustion.

1.3 Furnace bottom is built with special refractory material which

prevents major damage in case copper furnace liquid leaks.

1.4 The side wall of the furnace is lined with superlight refractory

insulation material, which can effectively prevent the expansion and

heat diffusion caused by heating.

1.5 The gas fired crucible copper melting furnace body is  scientifically

designed with low wall surface temperature and energy-savingness.
